Return & refund policy

As each piece is made to order we do not currently accept returns. We want you to be thrilled with your new gear but if you are not for whatever reason please submit a ticket claim. When doing so please provide as much information as possible. For refund eligiblity please email us a claim as soon as possible after delivery at merch@worldmobile.io and our support staff will assist you with processing your claim. Shipping

Each order is made at time of purchase. Once your order has shipped after production and quality review, you will receive an email with further information. Depending on your item's origin of manufacturing, shipping is fulfilled either from the United States or globally. Delivery times vary depending on your location. While we are aiming for our gear to be available worldwide, some products are available only in certain regions and countries, so keep that in mind when placing an order.

Where is World Mobile gear made?

Our products are manufactured out of Los Angeles and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value. Each item is made at time of purchase to ensure the best cost possible to you while also reducing wasteful manufacturing resulting in an eco-friendlier process. Each piece comes with either a custom World Mobile hangtag and or World Mobile inside collar. You can find more information about where each piece is made under technical specifications on each respective listing.
