Shipping policy

Fulfilment

After an order is placed, it will take between 2 to 5 business days to ship, excluding weekends and public holidays. 

If an order is received after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.

If you have placed an order with us but have not yet received an order confirmation email, please check your SPAM folder. If you cannot find the confirmation email, please contact us at merch@worldmobile.io. Only confirmed orders will be processed. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email which contains the tracking number(s) of your order. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on the country and region. 
If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation email within 5 days of placing the order, please contact us at merch@worldmobile.io with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

If your package gets lost in transit, please contact us at merch@worldmobile.io. All claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. 

Shipping fees

All shipping fees are calculated at checkout depending on the shipping address and the items purchased.

Duty fees

Orders delivered to some countries may be subject to customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. Duty is not included in the order price and is owed by the buyer upon order delivery.

Destinations and countries we do not deliver to

While we are aiming our merch to be available worldwide, some products are available only in certain regions and countries, so keep that in mind when placing an order.

Below is a list of countries that we are unable to deliver to:

  • Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • Ecuador
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Syria
  • North Korea
