Order questions:  

I received a faulty item, what should I do? 

If you have received a damaged, misprinted, or defective item, please contact us at merch@worldmobile.io and include your order number, high-resolution pictures of the faulty item, and as much detail about the problem as possible. We will process your request and if your items are not up to standard we will arrange for a replacement or a refund. 

Can I cancel or edit my order?  

All customers from the EU and UK have the right to return or exchange any item within 14 days of receiving it. 

How do I get in touch?

I placed an order, but I did not receive a confirmation email? 

Once you have placed an order, we will automatically send you a confirmation email. If you have not received your confirmation email, make sure that it hasn’t accidentally gone into your spam folder. If there is no confirmation email in your spam then contact us merch@worldmobile.io with the details of your purchase and we will confirm whether it has been processed.  

 

Shipping questions: 

Please keep in mind that once your order has been sent, World Mobile is not responsible for any losses or damages. It's your responsibility to follow the tracking information emailed to you and reach out to the relevant postal service or your local customs office to guarantee a well-timed delivery. In the event of a lost order, we will assist you to the best of our ability. However, we will not provide a replacement or refund until the item is successfully returned to our headquarters.

When is my order going to be shipped?  

Your order is processed 2 to 5 business days before it is dispatched as all items are printed on demand. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched. 

How long until I receive my awesome World Mobile merch? 

This mainly depends on where you are located. You can see an expected delivery date displayed when the order is placed and another when the shipment confirmation email is sent out. Keep in mind that this is an estimated date. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days of the expected delivery date, please contact us and we will investigate. 

My country is not included in the list of countries you ship to, what should I do? 

We hope to add more countries soon but there are limitations to where we can currently ship to. If you cannot find your country in the checkout, feel free to get in touch with us merch@worldmobile.io  

How can I track my order? 

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number(s) for your item(s). Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active. 

If you haven’t received the shipping confirmation email after 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder. If you are still not able to locate the email, please contact us at merch@worldmobile.io. 

What are the delivery charges? 

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at the checkout. These rates are based on where your delivery location is and how many items you have selected. 

The delivery status of my order says “Delivered” but I haven’t received the item, what should I do? 

Please contact the carrier in the first instance to check whether your item has been delivered to a different address, or if there were any issues with delivery. If they are not able to deliver your item or it has been misplaced, please contact us at merch@worldmobile.io  

It’s passed the estimated delivery date and I still have not received my order, what should I do?  

The delivery dates that you see on your tracking page may not always be precise. If your items have not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please get in touch and we can look into any delivery issues. 

Payment questions: 

How can I pay for my order? 

You can pay in your local currency. For some countries, GBP is the default option when no local currency is available. 

Can I pay using Crypto or WMT? 

We do not accept crypto payments at this time. 

Do I have to pay international taxes and duty for my order? 

Yes, each country has a specific minimum order value and if your order is below that value you will not be charged import taxes. If your order exceeds this value, you may be required to pay import tax upon delivery. If you do not pay that tax, after some time your order will be returned to our printing facility without a refund.
