Damaged, misprinted or defective items, and other issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All claims must be made no less than 30 days after the product has been received by contacting us at merch@worldmobile.io.
In the cases a return or an exchange is needed, all returns will need to be sent to the return address which is indicated on the shipping label of your items!
If your return is accepted, shipping it back is at your own expense.
Missing packages
If your package gets lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Unclaimed packages
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the printing facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. All unclaimed packages will be donated to charity.
Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We may offer an exchange in case where the items are damaged, misprinted or defective. Please contact us as soon as possible, no later than 30 days after your order was received.
Purchases made to the UK and European Union
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union or the UK, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You have another 14 days to return the ordered items. Once the order is returned we will process a refund that amounts to the price of the items.

Refunds
Depending on the case we may offer an exchange of your item, reimbursement in the form of a gift card or a refund that amounts to the cost of the items purchased.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
